ENZO WHOLESALE LTD operates exclusively as a B2B wholesaler. All sales are made to trade customers, businesses, and licensed retailers only. As such, consumer rights legislation (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) does not apply to our transactions.
Returns and refunds are therefore limited and subject to the following conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Please note that the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless damaged or delivered in error:
Perishable goods (including fresh fruit & vegetables, chilled and frozen items).
Alcoholic beverages.
Tobacco products.
Products with broken seals or damaged packaging after collection/delivery.
Products specifically ordered or customised for the customer.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Customers must check all goods at the time of collection or delivery.
Any discrepancies, damages, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, in writing, to info@enzowholesale.co.uk
Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
4. Returns Process
Returns will only be accepted if pre-authorised by our customer service team.
Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
Once goods are inspected and approved, either a credit note or replacement will be issued.
Refunds are provided only where replacements are not possible.
5. Responsibility for Returned Goods
Customers are responsible for returning goods to our warehouse unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ENZO WHOLESALE LTD does not accept liability for items lost or damaged during return transit organised by the customer.
6. Alcohol and Tobacco Regulations
Sales of alcohol and tobacco are subject to UK licensing laws.
Once sold, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products cannot be returned, except where proven faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary licences to purchase and resell these products.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Please allow up to 10 working days for refund processing after inspection.
