Collection Service (Primary Method): For all other orders, customers are required to collect goods directly from our warehouse. Collection times must be arranged in advance with our sales team.
Customers are responsible for transporting collected goods safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.
7. Risk and Ownership
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery or collection.
Ownership of goods remains with ENZO WHOLESALE LTD until full payment has been received.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of wholesale trade, returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or faulty goods.
Claims must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval.
